New Additions - Supre Savings
July 27, 2011
Online Shopping has become my new way of life! I don't have the time to go to the shops at the moment (unless it is a Chanel stop of course!!) so online is the way for me to go! Last week I took advantage of Supre's end of winter sales and scored myself some bargains! All 5 items cost me less than $50 which I am really happy with. I bought black cotton pants, black silk pants ( I know they look the same but one is for comfort the other for dressy casual), a black oversized top - which I was surprised when I saw it that I didn't already have one. Lastly my favourite item the kimonos. These are more spring items than winter which is why for $10 I grabbed them so I can add them into my upcoming season wardrobe!
Knotted Tops
While it is not as bad as the original back in the 90's I still can't get my head around it. I think its the "dangle" bits at the front and the fear of midriff and bellybuttons been shown after a certain age. If it is done well this is a look that would look great with maxi skirt. Shops like ASOS, Topshop and many others have been stocking this look for Summer so you will be sure to see if trickle in Aussie waters in the upcoming months.

Cyan Ryan - Delusions of Grandeur
July 20, 2011
Cyan Reign is an Australian Fashion designer that was bought to my attention a few months ago and I'm glad that she was. One of her latest collections Delusions of Grandeur has everything I want in one collection! There is tie-dye, rock & roll chic and glamour. To me it just screams BUY ME!! I love the leather and ruffles look - its girly with a bit of edge thrown in there! The colours are soft with that edge that makes them wearable for the girl who can't get away with pastels! When I saw this collection the first celebrity I thought of was Kate Moss, she would look amazing in this without a doubt! The looks can be adapted to any situation whether it be fun, work or a night out and I think that is what really makes this work its versatility! If you are interested in purchasing any of Cyan Reigns pieces you can contact her through her website or facebook! Watch out coz these pieces WILL be making their way into my wardrobe~

Palazzo Pants
About 6 weeks ago I ordered myself some Palazzo pants from ASOS. Firstly I know Im slack it has taken my this long to write about it. These pants are comfortable and while I have only worn my rust coloured pair so far (the jade ones are a bit too big and need alterations), I am so glad that I got them! These are pants that CANT be worn with flats (if they are your feet would be swimming in fabric) but that gives you the chance to wear a hot pair of shoes that can play peek-a-boo as you walk! I was really surprised at myself that I got these two colours mainly because I am a dark pants kinda girl but having these colours has allowed me to switch it up and have fun with them! They are currently on sale and yes there are other colours available so if they take your fancy you better hurry up before its too late!!
Samantha Wills Bohemian Bardot
July 8, 2011
I am a massive Samantha Wills fan, not only of her jewellery but her. I follow Samantha on facebook and she is always quoting great phrases that you can't help but smile when you read, she is beautiful and best of all she is an Aussie!! Samantha Wills latest collection Bohemian Bardot is true to its name and the rings that she has used to face the collection are truly amazing. I love the mix of metallic with the cracked looking rock which really complement each other, playing with the feel of the look and making it a great addition to even an everyday look. The rings are $69 each and can be purchased here.
Samantha's pieces have been worn by many celebrities including Rihanna, Pink, Fergie and many more. What is great about her pieces is that even though they have been worn by celebrities Samantha does not charge your whole months pay to have one of her pieces - which is what we all want!

Camilla - Labyrinth Collection
A few weeks ago I had my first visit to Camilla's store on Oxford St. It was so cool not only to see the designs but to touch them and dream that one day I will own one! During the week I told my boyfriend this is the year - the year that I get myself a Camilla kaftan but then came the hard part which one to choose! Camilla's latest collection is Labyrinth, it houses smaller collections such as Sphinx, Oracale, Circus, Aztec and more. Each collection has its own personality while the colours and patterns used are spectacular. Another great job done by Camilla!! I can not wait to get my hands on one of these amazing pieces but for while Im scrounging my pennies together I will have plenty of time to make a decision!
As you can see from the pictures above the collections are quite diverse. I love the short sequin kaftans and the mix of blues, purples and pinks in the Sharman collection. The Zodiac collection has some great patterns in the collection. I love how the material has different designs on it instead of the pattern being a repeat!
The Aztec collection to me screams spring and boho the colours used are amazing. The deepness of the blue is sensational a colour that pulls me in every time! This collection reminds me of her previous Babylon collection mainly from the colours used even though the ones seen here are deeper than on the previous collection.
Sphinx is definetly on my "OMG its so hard to choose which one" list. I LOVE the animal prints they blow my mind seeing them used like this and to add the blue to it - its just gorgeous!
Omen & Vortex are amazing. The pattern used on the Vortex print makes me think that if I stare too long I may end up hypnotised!
The Abyss collection has summer written all over it, the lengths, the colours, if you were to buy one standout piece for summer then these are it! The sequins have been incorporated into this look like the Sharman collection and while the colours are softer than ones used in the other collections I would have to say that this one is the one that is going to keep me awake at night - Im not good with wanting something and not having it and these are going to give me many sleepless nights til one of them is safely in my closet!

Leopard Print + White
To be honest I did not feel that this was a look that could be pulled off I would never of dreamt of mixing the two together! Than I did. When I was in Vegas I wore my H&M leopard shorts with a white oversize top and I liked it! The bummer was I came home to cold weather where the shorts had to be put away!! I saw the other picture on Something to Remember and while my picture does not look as glamorous as hers I think we both showed you that you can mix not only the two but that it can be done in a casual or dressy way!!
